SYSTEMIC THERAPY

This method is effective for:

  • Relationship issues (e.g. love, work, family, children);

  • Exploring symptoms and emotions.

Systemic therapy is a holistic approach that allows a person to understand the different parts of a problem and how they interact as all parts are interlinked.

If one element changes, the others need to adapt in order to find a new way of functioning. Systemic therapy helps to make unconscious processes conscious by viewing problems from different angles.

It is a practical and creative approach in which the elements' interconnection can be visualised by using objects of different colours and shapes.
