Learn to surf the emotional waves
Most of us experience moments in time when life keeps testing our limits. The emotional waves are sometimes difficult to surf. While you might, hopefully, be surrounded by wonderful people to support you, you might, nevertheless, feel like you are drowning in anxiety, stress, sadness and pain.
